If you follow my cat-loving- and walking-fueled Instagram account, you know that I absolutely LOVE Daily Harvest and their healthy, plant-based smoothies, soups, bowls, flatbreads, and lattes — but their smoothies are definitely my favorite.
All of their smoothies come in pre-portioned, frozen cups. I routinely order 24 cups at a time and LOAD my freezer full of them. In a pinch, we’ve got healthy, mostly organic, mostly portable meals at the ready!
I recently lost my mind (did I say that?) and joined a couple of friends on Whole30. As a result, I won’t be having any alcohol, sugar, grains, legumes, or dairy until next month, and even then, the plan is to make those things more of a recurring guest star than a regular player on my plate.
As healthy as Daily Harvest is, not all of their products are Whole30-friendly. I found myself trawling through the freezer, looking at the ingredient labels of all of my DH cups, and relegating several of them to the back of the freezer until Whole30 is over and I can be more flexible.
But I don’t want YOU to have to do all that work, so I’ve done it for you! Following are ALL of the Whole30-compliant Daily Harvest smoothies (I have yet to explore the soups, bowls, flatbreads, lattes, and other products for Whole30 compliance … maybe a future post?)
